Electroplated grinding wheel (Code E) with nickle bonding  has good plating qualities and provides good bonding strength, achieve high stock removal rates and high precision profiles.  Depending on the shape and size of steel body or the wheel shank can produce any form with this bond.  The Electroplated grinding wheel can replated with new diamond or CBN grit in same steel body or the wheel shank which can generally be reused several times.  They shows characteristics such as highest stock removal capability, higher grinding ability, maximum abrasive particle exposure and easily manufacturing complex forms consists of a single layer of diamond and CBN grit on the wheel surface.
